3.1. Requirements

The voraus.runtime can run on and supports different hardware systems. From mid-performance embedded IPCs, over well-known industrial control to edge devices and the cloud. The runtime can be deployed on laptops and other mobile devices.

While the runtime is shipped in Docker containers, the underlying operating system is highly optimized and fulfills real-time performance.

Recommended CPU requirements:

  • CPU: x86, 4 Cores

  • RAM: 4 GB

  • Network: 2 Ethernet ports (i210+)

  • HD: 20 GB SSD

  • USB: 3+ 3.1

  • Other: TPM
